Bookings and Cancellation Policy

When making your laser booking, you will be asked for some personal details including your Credit Card details. Credit card details must be supplied when you make your booking. We cannot accept a laser booking without credit card details being provided.

We understand that sometimes you cannot make your laser appointment, if you provide us with 24 hours notice we will not charge you for the missed laser appointment. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged a fee of 50% of the charge for the service or appointment time booked. No-shows will be charged a fee of 100% of the charge for the service or appointment time booked.

All charges and transactions made by City Laser Clinic are in accordance with Credit Card guidelines and Policy as well as relevant law.

New Clients

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your laser appointment to fill out a laser consultation form.
• If you are running late, we appreciate a call to let us know. We may need to rearrange your booking time to avoid inconveniencing other patients.
• 24 hours prior to your laser appointment, we send you an SMS confirmation with the day & time of your laser appointment.
• Please reply “YES” or “NO” or call us on 02 9232 80 90 to reschedule.
• Please call us 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule, otherwise our cancellation policy may apply.

Gift Vouchers & Treatment Packages

• Please advise us at the time of your booking if you have a laser Gift Voucher. Please quote the G. V. number.
• Please have your Voucher with you on the day of your laser treatment. We may reject your booking if the voucher is not presented.
• Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and is not to be used in conjunction with any other special offer.
• Our Gift vouchers are transferrable. Please call us to let us know that a name of a new holder
• Our Gift Certificates and Treatment Packages are valid for 3 years and have a set expiry date. If you do not use the certificate prior to the expiry date please call us so we can extend it for a further 2 months – Gift Certificates cannot be extended if you contact us after the expiry date.
• If a cancellation is made within our cancellation policy, or if you do not show up for a treatment, a treatment may be redeemed off of your treatment package.
• Treatment packages cannot be used amongst multiple people.
• Treatment packages cannot be swapped for an alternative treatment.
• Vouchers are unable to be replaced if lost.
• If you cancel your laser appointment in less than 24 hours, City Laser Clinic will deduct 50% value of your Gift Certificate.

OH&S:

We operate in accordance with relevant Health and Safety law, Codes of Practice and other Government regulations and Industry guidelines; the following is a short summary of issues relevant to the safety of you, other clients and our staff.

• City Laser Clinic reserves the right to refuse your laser treatment if you are apparently intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. Please do not leave children unattended at any time during your visit; we cannot accept responsibility for child care.  You may bring children with you provided you leave an adult with them to care for them.
• If you are not feeling well, please tell us before the start of your laser treatment.
• All our laser equipment is checked and maintained in accordance with manufacturers’ guidelines and industry standards, points of contact with you are either sterilized before each laser treatment or disposed of after each laser treatment.
• All our laser therapists have appropriate training and necessary qualifications.

Information about You and Your Treatment

We retain information about you and your laser treatment as proper records, this information is retained as strictly confidential in accordance with the City Laser Clinic Privacy Statement.  Our Privacy Statement explains and describes our procedures and protections as regards:

• Security of Information;
• Collection of Information;
• Disclosure of Information;
• What is included in your personal information record;
• Your right to Access and Inspect your Personal Information;
• Request for access, inspection, and/or a copy of your personal information;

Correction of Information;

• Fees to inspect, access and/or obtain a copy of your personal information;

We encourage you to review our Privacy Statement and other published information about Laser Hair Removal and other laser treatments provided at City Laser Clinic. For various reasons we DO NOT provide information about laser machine settings used during laser treatments. Our reasons for not providing information about settings used include:

• The settings are based on our calculations and our experience with our laser machines; and
• Translation of these settings to other laser machines that may be different and not maintained to the same high standard as ours; may cause unwanted and unwelcome outcomes for you; and also
• Any competent laser therapist can reliably determine the settings they need to use to treat you with their laser machines.

Please note : To maintain our affordable prices all CREDIT CARDS and EFTPOS will incur a small surcharge. We reserve the right to change our prices without further notice.

Refunds of Unused Portion of PREPAID TREATMENT Female Prices

Refund of unused portion will be considered on request.

Refund will be calculated based on the single treatment price for treatments provided plus a $20.00 administrative charge, for illustration we use the example of Brazilian ONLY.  The PREPAID LASER TREATMENT Price for 6 treatments is $420 (6 x $70) and the single treatment is $80.00, the refund would be:
